Adnan Rahman is an experienced Customer Success leader with a demonstrated history in software-as-a-service (SaaS). Having spent the past several years at Ultimate Software in various leadership roles within Customer Success, Adnan is now the Chief of Staff to the Chief Services Officer. His primary focus is customer satisfaction and retention through value-based outcomes, service innovation and operational excellence. While currently in the business-to-business space, Adnan has spent time with direct to consumer SaaS companies focused on telecommunications to financial services. All roles have been in high growth environments ranging from start-up to large complex multi-national enterprises. At each company, Adnan has been able to develop and execute on strategic initiatives to help establish scalable programs and operations that deliver great customer experiences.
Adnan earned his Bachelor of Science, Business Administration degree with a dual emphasis in Finance and Management from California State University, Long Beach. In addition, he holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from UC Irvine.
