Dina has spent the last 10-15 years in different functional areas of technology-focused businesses with an emphasis on customer experience and personalization. She is passionate about how we use the droves of customer data to truly personalize experiences across all channels, and become a beloved brand that customers are loyal to. She has spoken at conferences and led several courses on business growth through customer relationship principles, and is constantly learning about emerging guidelines and technologies used to improve the experience further.
Dina received her Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of California, Davis, where she frequently returns as a guest speaker and mentor.
