Jacque Keats is Chief Operations Officer at SMA, Inc. He is recognized as an industry expert in the field of software system development and project management and has over 35 years of experience developing and implementing award winning automated scheduling, resource planning, costing, earned value, accounting, pricing, and enterprise project management systems for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.

Jacque has focused on the integration and implementation of project management and performance measurement systems with contemporary ERP and traditional finance systems to meet the business objects of each client organization. As the Chief Technology Officer at Dekker, Ltd., Mr. Keats had the responsibility for bringing four commercial software applications (TRAKKER, iPursuit, iPortfolio, and Traction) to market with cumulative revenues over $50M. As a member of the board of directors for SGYC and MTAI, he provided project management and financial expertise contributing to the growth of both organizations.
