Jeanne Imbrogno is Vice President, Customer Services at AMAG Technology, Inc. a G4S Company. AMAG offers a powerful and flexible unified security system, which allows businesses to effectively secure their facilities, transform their operations and meet compliance. Jeanne currently leads AMAG’s global Customer Experience initiatives and looks for innovative solutions to today’s business-to-business service needs. A graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management, her AMAG career began as payroll clerk over thirty years ago.
Through numerous promotions, she gained professional experience in managing and leading various teams including operations, distribution and customer service. Her customer service teams have won multiple awards for exceptional service and teamwork. An avid bicyclist, Jeanne goes for distance rather than speed and has completed many charity rides of 100 miles or more. She currently sits on the Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is co-chair of its Women in Business program.
