Michael has served as a advocate for Customer Service and a champion for organizational culture for over 20 years.
- Michael has managed the implementation of several fortune 500 company customer facing applications.
- Michael has worked in multiple industries serving consumers in the Durable Medical Equipment, Entertainment Industry, Consumer Pet Health, Government Sponsored Consumer Medical Insurance and most recently in the Quick Service Restaurant industry.
Michael holds an undergraduate degree in information systems, a MBA with a focus on organizational culture and behavior and is currently enrolled in a doctoral degree program focused on organizational behavior and health. ​
