Mike Eckel leads the Cx Team for Outset Medical, one of the fastest growing biotech companies in the world. In this role, Mike leads Outset's efforts to ensure that customers will be successful in the implementation of their technology in their facilities and the on going support of their programs.
Mike had led organizations in the retail space, manufacturing, software, and biotechnology, and this diverse experience gives him an interesting perspective on what it means to manage the customer. Prior to joining Outset, Mike was the Chief Operating Officer for SHARE, a company developing technology to create more sustainable transportation.
