What you can expect...
During the program, you’ll access the Canvas online learning portal. Each of the eight modules is presented weekly, along with videos, references, assignments, chat, and collaborative sessions. Throughout, you'll work on a Capstone Project to apply your learning toward a real-world problems. By the end of the class, you will have completed your very own Professional Customer Experience Portfolio.
