Sean Donovan, Manager, Technical Support, is responsible for HM Electronics’ client support satisfaction strategy, which includes gathering “the voice of the customer” in various feedback venues. He also provides analysis and drives operational improvements and new initiatives designed to enhance client satisfaction and value for HME’s global technical support team and call center.

Donovan, has more than 15 years of experience in the medical industry as well as over 20 years of experience in operations and management. This includes measuring client satisfaction, creating a high performance team culture, and building client loyalty. His focus is creating the perfect client experience that leads to the customer’s success and HM Electronics'.
