Susan Graham, VP Core Operations
Susan has over 25 years of Contact Center experience to include complex, multi-site call center operations.  Susan joined Molina 5 years ago and is responsible for Member and Provider Services for Medicaid, Medicare, MMP and Marketplace.  Additionally, Susan has responsibility for the Nurse Advice Line, Interpreter Services and Omni-Channel to include our Member and Provider online portals. 

Prior to her tenure at Molina, Susan was responsible for leading, designing, implementing and managing service delivery within highly regulated on-line contact center environments.  Susan holds an Executive MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University.
