Bromley has more than 30 years’ experience of working with individuals, teams and organizations helping them to both clarify their needs and achieve them. He has dedicated his career to implementing pragmatic solutions based on what the organization can accomplish given their situation, competency and desire. Bromley’s belief is that organization’s real strategy depends on the decision process that determines the actions that serve the short term and longer term goals. Throughout Bromley’s career, that covers product development, line management, business and leadership development, project management, portfolio management and strategic planning, he has worked with individuals in and companies in the high-tech and industrial sectors. Bromley creates a learning environment where clients make progress on addressing their issues while gaining the ability to address their future challenges. In this way, Bromley combines todays “looking below the surface” with tomorrow’s ability to “dive deeper”. Bromley believes in creating real long lasting ability. Bromley started his professional life in a technology start-up progressing quickly to product and line management and then CEO roles in technology / engineering based manufacturing organizations both publicly and privately owned. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry and Ph.D. in Instrumentation for Analytical Chemistry, both from Imperial College, London, England. |
