Casey has 10+ years of successfully developing and leading Customer Experience programs. In Casey’s previous role at Neo Group, she was responsible for helping customers transform their businesses through Neo Group’s risk management Supply Wisdom SAAS subscription services. Under her leadership, Supply Wisdom has been able to deliver greater business outcomes for customers through digital transformation. During Casey’s seven-year tenure, she led the business to outperform revenue targets and to significantly increase customer satisfaction rating.
Prior to joining Neo Group, Casey worked at Sourcing Interests Group (SIG) as the Assistant Director of Member Programs reporting directly to the CEO where she focused on program development, research, marketing and membership retention and communication.
During Casey’s career she has worked extensively with professionals across all industries and verticals. Casey brings with her 20 years of experience providing best practices in all facets of Customer Experience including the on-boarding, product usage, best practices, training, customer support, professional services, developing long-term relationships and customer support for all products and services.
Casey is CTPRP certified and has a project management background and has developed marketing expertise in the areas of website development, writing and editing.
