Christopher Joseph is the President and Founder of Floyce Consultants LLC, and he has over 25 years’ experience in operations customer service. Chris believes that providing a great customer experience is paramount in any business at any level. Before starting his consulting firm, Director of Operations for Frontier Communications Inc. As a transformational leader, he successfully led his team to produce top results, developed leaders, and led breakthrough initiatives providing extraordinary customer experiences.   

His enthusiasm to serve his customers, his eagerness to lead change, and his natural ability to develop leaders propelled him through the leadership ranks.  

Chris holds an M.B.A. from the University of LaVerne, is a member of the National Black M.B.A. Association, and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc.
