Damien Dalli is an interdisciplinary UX design leader who loves solving problems – creating experiences so that people can meet their goals and businesses have success.
Over the last 20+ years he has worked dynamically with a wide range of clients, including: Hyundai, Genesis Motors, LG's Signature Kitchen Suite, Nuance Communications' Notable Solutions (now KOFAX), Lincoln Financial, numerous startups and more. As a User Experience and Design Director, he has built and led multifaceted teams of UX, UI, and User Research. As a Co/Founder and Chief Product Officer of startups (myLanguage / Vocre, AnythingAfter), he has created, launched and marketed products – plus spoke in multiple countries, to thousands of people, sharing associated thinking; while also being honored with such awards as, Audience Choice and Best Mobile App at TechCrunch Disrupt. As a leader/manager, he helps guide organizations to shift their efforts and priorities to be more customer-focused (user-centered) – having had success by integrating modern tools/platforms and thinking for better collaboration, rapid prototyping for testing, hand-off and integration, plus mitigating risk by introducing qualitative and quantitative research methods (such as usability testing and behavioral analysis) to better understand the consumer and validate design decisions.
