Dan joined Paychex in 2018 to stand up a Customer Experience center of excellence focused on improving the end-to-end experiences for both the organization’s 15,000+ employees and over 650,000 clients. Previously, Dan spent a decade in the highly competitive car rental industry where his teams won numerous JD Power Rental Car Customer Satisfaction awards, and he cut his teeth on some of the more foundational aspects of CX while at Gartner.
A Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) with almost 20 years of experience in service operations, consulting, business development, marketing and corporate strategy, Dan will tell you he first realized the importance of delivering exceptional experiences during his "first career" as a Country Club Manager. He’ll also share that while his golf game has suffered some since that career change, his people-centric approach to business only continues to flourish.
