David is a construction industry veteran with over 17 years of experience ranging from field operations to project management to preconstruction. Starting out as a carpentry apprentice, he worked from there into multiple trades working up to foreman. From there he worked as an estimating assistant exposing him to the fields of estimating, sales, and project management. For nearly half his career he worked in the role of estimator & project manager and held the titles of Senior Project Manager and Senior Estimator.
David has worked on project with clients ranging from home owners to project funded and controlled by multiple governmental agencies (including local, state, and federal government), buildings ranging from single family dwellings, to apartments, to industrial buildings (including military bases and training facilities), to high rises, and projects ranging from small residential remodels to multimillion dollar institutional rehabilitations. David is a firm believer in continuing education achieving over 20 industry recognized certifications from certifying bodies such as OSHA, EPA, and IICRC. David’s role at PrimeCo as Vice President, Operations is to oversee the functions of the Preconstruction, acting as Chief Estimator, and Production departments which handles all the pricing and installation of the work products produced by PrimeCo. |
