With over 16 years of experience working for various automotive OEMs, Elvia brings a unique perspective to the UCI CX Advisory Board. In her current role as Customer Experience Strategy Manager with Kia Motors America, she leads the redesign of the Kia Dealer Excellence Program by bringing systems, processes, and training programs in alignment with organizational priorities. Through a new holistic design and strong collaboration with key stakeholders, including Kia Motors Corporation (Korea), she has built the foundational model for measuring, managing, and incentivizing dealer performance that drives improved customer experiences.
Elvia holds a M.S. degree in Education from Purdue University and a B.A. in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
