Jennifer Tao is an Advisor on The Board Of Advisors at Taiwan Financial Management Technology Society. She implements first call resolution with high customer retention while widening profit margins for multiple corporations. Jennifer has more than 3 years of experience working in particular with both customs compliance and regulatory affairs in global air import logistics, express shipping, and the e-commerce industry. Tao successfully provided consumer education on compliance regulations improving overall customer satisfaction. She holds a B.A. in Media Studies and Social Science from New York University.
