Leading “the best people delivering confidence and security to warfighters all over the world”, John seeks to maximize the value of the Total Solutions approach to solve warfighters’ most challenging problems throughout 15 plus years at The Marvin Group.
Approaching every customer engagement as a trusted and knowledgeable partner, John have successfully captured and executed a multitude of development programs and transition them to a state of production readiness, for both domestic and international customers, while leading the Systems Engineering team. Maintaining the collaboration mindset, John expanded to the Vice President of Business Development role of and accelerated the transformation of the customer engagement culture from Product Selling to Technical Solutions Provider, grounded in the fundamentals of engineering. In his current role as Chief Business Officer, John continues to provide vision and guidance to Sales, Contract, and Program Management functional groups in fulfilling the commitment to the warfighters.
