Creating the greatest customer experience has been the common theme throughout Julie's 15-year international and diverse tenure at Panasonic Avionics. Julie started her career in France as a project manager, interfacing with the airlines on new in-flight entertainment business. She then moved to Quebec, Canada to represent her company as program lead and on-site rep at an aircraft manufacturer with the mission to turn this new customer into a Panasonic advocate. Now at the headquarters in Lake Forest, CA, she's leveraging her industry expertise to lead the strategic planning for the in-flight systems business unit, putting the passenger experience at the center of the products and investments decisions.
Her approach is always based on empathy, and focused on understanding the pain points faced by her customers. She is recognized for her ability to foster open collaboration and to consistently deliver on commitments, even the most challenging ones. She believes the most innovative ideas are uncovered through breaking silos and a culture of continuous learning. In her free time, you can find Julie enjoying outdoor activities with her husband and two boys, on her yoga mat, or - her new hobby- on a sailing boat! |
