Recognized by FOLIO Magazine in its 2016 “Top 10 Women in Media “, Kathleen was named a “Corporate Visionary” for shifting lead-generation models from high volume (quantity) to more targeted, qualified lead models.
Named the "Audience First Strategy" the objective was to serve the right content at the right time for readers and event attendees reducing the impact on the customer database and providing sponsors with better leads. Kathleen has focused on collaboration across teams to provide better insights on the customer journey across content channels, allowing for more targeted marketing campaigns and guiding forward content strategy.
