Linda Hanson is the Vice President of Client & Product Support at CU Direct, a leading lending technology solutions provider for financial institutions and auto dealers nationwide.  She leads a team of talented software support analysts dedicated to adding value to every client interaction.  Linda began her career at a highly customer-centric financial institution in Orange County, CA where she developed her focus on customer service and experience. 

Over a wide variety of operational and leadership positions, she honed her skills of driving a customer-centric approach throughout the organization, developing cross-functional alignment and driving change.  Linda holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.
