Louis A. Nees V is a Customer Success Manager at Laserfiche. In this role Louis is responsible for delivering excellent customer service throughout the entire client lifecycle across both a robust channel of solution providers as well as an enormous user base. Louis has the pleasure of working with all types of industries including both state and local governments, education and finance.

Prior to Laserfiche, Louis worked for Monster Worldwide’s Global Service Delivery team based in Brno, Czech Republic supporting the UK IE markets and Apple Inc where he  discovered the impact that a great customer experience can have.
