Mary currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience for Metrolink, the Southern California Regional Rail Authority, serving Ventura, San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles and Orange Counties. With a passion for the connection between mobility and innovation, and over a decade of experience in the transportation industry,
Mary focuses her work on the end user, rooting her philosophies in the pillars of user experience design. She has spearheaded the application of UX techniques for nondigital transportation projects - bringing these technology processes to the offline world, and putting the customer at the center of these projects.
