Michael Eugene is a public sector operations executive with 25 years of results oriented leadership experience focused on world class service. He has a broad spectrum of operational expertise leading critical public services such as police and emergency operations, transportation, IT, construction, procurement and supply chain.

He has led public sector teams to achieve multiple local, state and national awards and recognition for excellence in quality, efficiency and customer service.  He is a guest lecturer at Harvard University on effective management through the use of strategic planning and performance data.
