The customer experience has been at the forefront of Sabina’s career as she has navigated the sports entertainment, advertising, digital subscription and SaaS industries for nearly 20 years. Currently serving as the Vice President of Client Success, Support & Community at Mavenlink, Sabina spearheaded the client journey mapping, scaled the Success and Support organizations globally and launched Mavenlink’s user community and customer advisory board.
Sabina is passionate about leadership and believes that any customer experience starts with the inside out: build up your team to build out client connections. Sabina holds a Masters in Leadership and Communication from Gonzaga University and a Bachelors in Public Relations from the University of Southern California. Outside the office, Sabina can be found practicing Taekwondo, hiking and spending time with her husband and two young children. |
