Senior Engineering Manager, Machine Learning and Natural Language ProcessingAppleSachin is a senior leader at Apple leading AI and machine learning technologies that drive various Apple products. He has over 15 years of experience with deep expertise in consumer products driven by AI technologies.
He joined Apple in 2011, where he has led teams with a focus on the intersection of technologies and liberal arts, building products that people love to use. This involves all aspects of AI technologies and product development including, but not limited to, product definition, data science and engineering, extensive evaluation, and continuous integration/continuous development (CI/CD) to take an idea from its inception to a real-world product. Sachin has extensive experience in leading and growing teams with an extensive focus on people’s growth, motivation, and satisfaction to help them do the best work of their lives. Sachin started his professional career with Oracle where he was an integral part of Oracle’s suite of enterprise applications. Sachin holds Masters degree in Computer science from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, and B.S (Honors) from Indian Institute of Information Technology - Allahabad, India where he was also recognized as a university silver medalist. |
