Todd leads Salesforce’s Customer Success team responsible for customers in the High Tech industry segment across North America. His team is responsible for helping Salesforce customers get the most out of their Salesforce solutions by leveraging all of the capabilities they have purchased.
Todd has over 20 years of technology consulting experience with leading system integrators like IBM, Accenture, and Infosys. He has an MBA with foci in Information Technology Management and International Business from the University of California, Irvine, and is a Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales, and Service Cloud Consultant.
