With over twenty-five years of solid experience encompassing PCB design development, Customer Service, Customer Education, Renewal Business and Customer Engagement, Ute worked with global and local clients in all major industries around the globe. Ute is an inspiring and forward-looking leader with multi-national expertise who makes global teams acting as one. Her unwavering belief that Customer Experience is the direct measure for successful management has led to both strong, high-performing teams and a great customer experience. As an electronics design engineer, her heart beats especially for all the great people in the world developing products that enrich and facilitate our lives day by day and help to find answers to our global challenging tasks. Ute holds a MBA from the Steinbeis University of Berlin in General Management and a M.Sc. in Electronics Design. She is living in Karlsruhe/Germany.
