Geraldo Obach, Director of Internet Marketplaces for Alliance Entertainment, has 15 years of management and customer service experience in consumer products, e-commerce and face-to-face banking products.

While managing customer service teams for Alliance Entertainment, a top tier global distributor for consumer entertainment products, he concentrated on building a positive Customer Journey by focusing on the Outside-in Thinking approach and the Service Promise to the customers.
Working with global customers from Europe, APAC and the Americas, he has implemented strategies that took diversity, cultural differences and barriers into account, to manage the customer engagement and experience efficiently.

Trained in the field of banking in Germany, he also holds an MBA in Finance from California State University – Fullerton and a BA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
