Andrew Waite is Rain Bird Corporation’s regional vice president of sales for Southern California. Rain Bird is the leading global manufacturer and provider of irrigation products and services based in Azusa, California.
As regional vice president of sales, Andrew is responsible for growing sales and managing key accounts in the pivotal Southern California irrigation market. Andrew has been key in promoting change, driving top line growth, hiring diverse sales talent, and improving customer relationship management within the organization. Before being elevated to his current role, Andrew served as a sales ADR in Orange County.
Prior to joining Rain Bird, Andrew worked for Landscape Development Inc, the industry-leading landscape construction company serving all of California. In this role Andrew served as Senior Project Manager responsible for marketing and management of clients, projects, subcontractors, and vendors while directing the sale & installation of $7 million of landscape design & construction work annually in the California market.
Originally from Santa Barbara, California, Andrew graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a bachelor’s degree in landscape construction with a minor in construction management, and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
