Annie Mosbacher is a passionate, energetic leader dedicated to growing high-performing teams designed to establish, build and execute exceptional customer experience journeys. As the Vice President of Customer Success at Glofox Annie oversees customer onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts to ensure a high quality user experience. Throughout her years engaging customers, donors, and civic leaders, she has become an expert in providing strategic and operational customer experience guidance to help clients and users achieve success. Annie is passionate about the interplay between mentoring the next wave of customer experience leaders and driving customer success business objectives -- striving to serve as a catalyst to create large scale transformation through innovative approaches to growth and customer experience challenges.
Prior to joining Glofox, Annie served as Vice President of Customer Success & Executive Chief of Staff at NationBuilder. Upon receiving her Masters in Public Administration in Organizational Development, she co-founded and served as the Executive Director of several scholarship organizations devoted to creating access to educational opportunities within underserved communities.
