Thornton Tomasetti

Arwa Das serves as a Vice President in Structural Engineering Practice at Thornton Tomasetti’ s Los Angeles office. Arwa focuses on the design and project management of structures around the world. She collaborates with architects, developers, owners and consultants to ensure that project goals, timelines and budgets are met. She has worked in the AEC industries in New York City, Chicago and Los Angeles.  
She was born and raised in Mumbai, India; moved to the United States to do her Master’s in Structural and Earthquake Engineering at University at Buffalo.

In addition to her capabilities in the office, Arwa has a thirst for adventure and appreciation for other cultures and exploring how people live. She blogs on culture, food and history on places she travels to.
