Brenda Neal is Senior Director, Marketing Operations with Urovant Sciences located in Irvine, California. With over 20 years of Pharmaceutical Industry experience, Brenda’s expertise includes Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Service and Inside Sales. Brenda’s passion is to exceed customer expectations through operational excellence. Her leadership in program development, process design, system implementation, reporting & analytics and training innovation resulted in several awards including the “Allergan Award for Excellence”, “SkinMedica Employee of the Year”, and “Allergan Pharmaceutical Employee of the Year Finalist”.

Brenda has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
