Vice President of Retail Development

Avocado Green Brands

By day I am the Vice President of Retail Development for Avocado Green Brands, by night I am a typical Southern California based dad of two amazing kids who loves to surf, skate, play Basketball and Golf. At work I focus a majority of my time on our people and processes with a large emphasis on growing our retail team, developing our culture overseeing all sales & training along with expanding locations across the country. It is my job to own the customer experience from the website all the way through the in store execution.

Outside of work and family I have a deep passion for product development (which thankfully I still get to a little of at Avocado) and presenting / public speaking. That lead to me launch a blog called LBBOP.COM (Little Black Blog of Presenting ) where I share what I have learned over the years and interact with the social community to share best practices and always set a focus on being a life long learner.
