With over a decade of experience in the financial sector, Chris has focused on making complex financial products easy to use and understand for clients through intelligent and communicative design and operational enhancements.

Working primarily in large matrixed organizations, Chris has shown the ability to advocate the importance of the customer experience and ensure the development of the right products and services for any client population.

Prior to Union Bank, Chris spent time with Bank of America where his expertise in acquisition, servicing and retention activities were put to use with thoughtful targeting, communication and operational excellence.
