At Uber, I lead our West Coast field operations for our in-person earner support centers. I have been a part of this program for the past 3.5 years and have watched it grow from small pop-up locations in parking lots to fully staffed brick and mortar locations in our largest cities.
Throughout this time, we've had to shift our customer experience strategy as the business grows and reprioritizes while also investing and growing a junior workforce.
