With over 20 years of a proven track record in the Software Industry as a change agent for building high performing customer experience strategies with effective, profitable services organizations at the center, she has become the “Go To” person for building the Ultimate Customer Success model.
She is a board member, author, speaker and executive coach with a background that includes some of the top software companies such as Hyperion, Cognos, Ascential, IBM, Workfront, Socrata and CoreView. She founded her company, LandNExpand, LLC in 2014. She has a passion for building a companywide customer centric approach for her client’s business strategies and operational excellence that has them raving about their results.
She recently published her book “Green 2 Golden”, which is available on Amazon.com
Outside of the business world, Jackie has a passion for horses and competes regularly in dressage. She also enjoys hiking and traveling with her family. She met her husband at 16 and they have enjoyed a 33-year marriage with their two kids, Stephanie and Gerald.
Jackie's educational background includes an undergraduate degree in International Business at California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo and an Executive MBA from San Diego State University.
