A more than 25-year veteran of the Market Research and Insights space, her entrepreneurial spirit, tenacity and personal grit help clients to identify and act on market opportunities. She specializes in helping organizations discover and connect with niche audiences and providing actionable insights that move the needle.
Jacqueline is a serial entrepreneur, having launched and grown multiple successful companies. She attributes the rapid growth of the brands she has developed to her dedication to great company culture and her long-standing commitment to the research industry as a whole. In 2015, Jacqueline, along with a group of leaders in Market Research, established SampleCon, the only industry event dedicated to research sampling. Beginning at the early days of the COVID-19 outbreak, Jacqueline and the SoapBox team quickly pivoted their business from providing consumer insights to brands, to connecting California residents with health experts and government leaders in the fight against COVID-19. Through their recruitment and project management efforts across multiple research engagements related to COVID-19 antibody testing, the SoapBox team was able to provide critical data to county health departments, universities and medical personnel. Jacqueline has appeared on stage numerous times and spoken about a variety of topics including research best practices, leadership, company culture, and diversity and inclusivity in sampling practices. Jacqueline has served on multiple advisory boards including the SampleCon Board of Directors and the SoCal Chapter of the Insights Association. Jacqueline is also a Founding Member of the Weed Week Council, providing thought leadership in the medical cannabis space. |
