Jamie Boggan is the Assistant Vice President, Customer Experience Specialist at Bank of Southern California. A dedicated sales and communications specialist, Jamie brings more than 15 years of experience in customer service, operations management, development and sales, compliance training, quality assurance and employee/labor relations—all with a focus on building the ultimate employee and customer experience.
Jamie has worked in a variety of industries, gaining exposure to various segments of the customer experience, and further enhancing her skills and capabilities. In 2003, she began her trajectory in banking with a role at Bank of America's Loan Call Center. Growth and development remain an integral part of her work philosophy, and following numerous recognitions and awards, Jamie was able to quickly ascend within the company. Her skills, ethics and hard-working demeanor were recognized when she was later recruited by First Republic Bank, and subsequently by Bank of Southern California.
Quickly after joining Bank of Southern California she became an official member of the bank’s newly created Customer Experience Advisory Board as their CX Communications Strategist. In this role, she has had the opportunity to lean into the marketing field and collaborate with data analysts and other departments to utilize the bank's CRM systems to understand consumer behaviors and build target segments that can then be used for communications and marketing campaigns.
Jamie is a passionate advocate for customer experience and optimizing workflows and has successfully emerged as a leader in this area. Currently, she is developing and managing the bank's in-house contact center.
