Kathy Johnson has been a leader at Vital Link Orange County as their President for 19 years and currently as the Interim CFO. While serving as the President she led the organization to be a leader in the area of Career Technical Education and as a disruptor to the education system in how they deliver curriculum and prepare students for their future career. Kathy brought to the organization a long history of innovative program development that now serves all of the K-14 school districts in Orange County serving high school and college students. Prior to leading Vital Link Kathy was the owner of a construction and property management company for 20 years. Her role as a leader in the Home Builders Council an education arm of the Building Industry Association of Southern California, was one of the foundational roles she held in the link between the business community and the educational system and how to work together to elevate the teacher and student experience in skills building curriculum.
