Krystena Sterling has worked in the hospitality industry for over 36 years. Krystena has held various positions, from operations to learning and development. She has worked in multiple disciplines, including restaurants, resorts, theme parks, music venues, sporting venues, and cruise lines. Krystena holds a B.A. in Business Management, a M.S in Human Resource Development, M.A in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
She is a Ph. D. candidate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a specialization in leadership development and coaching. She is a certified Executive Coach and researches emotions in the workplace, which results in the customer service experience and performance outcomes. She is currently the President at Sterling Coaching and Consulting Group and works at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Fl.
