I have 34 years of experience in Research and Development at Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., Versum Materials, and EMD Performance Materials.  The last twenty years have been focused on new product development for the semiconductor industry.  I have 11 years of management experience leading global R&D teams in developing new chemistries for semiconductor wafer cleaning and developing specialty thin-film materials that are used in building the integrated circuits. 

I work closely with customers to understand their needs, and with the marketing and R&D teams to develop next-generation products that meet those needs.  The fast pace of change in the industry requires agility and responsiveness to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage.
