Mark Remington is a Vice President at The Capital Group in the Customer Experience Technologies’ group responsible for all infrastructure and performance of the Capital Group Contact Center. He also is actively involved in the strategy, development and deployment of the Enterprise IaC strategy for Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) based applications and is a Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services.
His most recent roles were as Chief Technology Officer at Intela LLC, a Boulder, CO based Ad Marketing platform, and Ritz Interactive, the ecommerce organization of specialty retailer RitzCamera. Mark has a BS in Psychology from Long Beach State and an MS in Industrial Psychology.
