Michelle Dysangco has over 15 years of experience in Customer Support Operations which spans across different industries such as mobile and platform games, consumer products, and finance. 

Throughout her career, Michelle has held numerous operational management roles including Senior Director of Customer Care and Head of Operations.  Michelle has her master’s degree in Organization Development and Leadership.
