Natalie Julien, MSW/MPA, Executive Director joined Thomas House in April 2015 as Director of Development and was promoted to Executive Director in August 2015. Natalie began her work in the nonprofit sector in 2000 and has extensive experience in organizational leadership, program management, and fund development.
Her program experience spans ten years in positions ranging from Case Manager and Social Worker to Regional Program Director with organizations serving children and families in crisis, foster care, and disease treatment and prevention. She brings over ten years of management and fundraising experience from her roles with Thomas House, St. Barnabas Senior Services and the American Red Cross. Natalie earned her B.S. in Social Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and her Master’s in Social Work and Public Administration from the University of Southern California. |
