Nirm Takhar has 20 years of leadership experience in which he served in customer success and operational excellence roles across a diverse set of industries. Recently, he worked as Vice President of Customer Success at Accurate Background focused on global customer experience, policies, objectives, and initiatives.
In a prior position as Senior Director of Customer Success at a Cloud and SaaS startup, Nirm delivered a significant impact to customers. This included areas such as onboarding, adoption, retention, lean process improvement, technology strategy, and transformation.
Nirm received his MBA from the University of San Francisco with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Management. He earned a Bachelors at the University of California, Irvine. Nirm is passionate about continuous improvement. He completed his Six Sigma Green Belt by automating a pricing process in 3 months that eliminated errors and increased confidence 99.9%, yielding a total savings of $1.7M.
