Rafael Castaneda has been in the higher education space since 2001 and holds a B.A. in Political Theory and an M.Ed. in Leadership of Educational Institutions. Castaneda has held numerous executive leadership roles that required a high level of stakeholder interface.

He is the Dean of Education at Community Based Education and Development (CBD) College.
