Saisha Patel is the Vice President of Zigzy, a tech company that seeks to provide innovative technology solutions to the Home Shopping industry. In an industry where technology has recently come to the forefront, it is common for businesses to move in the direction of stakeholder driven products. However, Saisha has successfully led a team that innovates products through educating stakeholders, identifying pain points in the customers' journey, focusing on UX, and creating strong relationships with end users.

Saisha grew from the ground up by challenging the status quo, asking the 'why's, and identifying gaps in the existing business solutions. She has helped guide key players in the Lending and Real Estate space towards stronger focuses and execution in the customer experience arena.
