Carly Roy is an strategic Global Human Resources Leader with nearly a decade of experience directly supporting Senior Leaders in top Fortune 500 companies, including  Johnson & Johnson, Experian, First American, Broadcom and Allergan. Her diverse industry experience ranges from high tech to financial services to healthcare. She is a progressive HR Leader focused on the Employee Experience, Engagement, Inclusion and Diversity. She has supported global employees focused on internal and external customers in Customer Experience, Marketing, Field Sales, Sales Operations, Information Technology and Product Development.

Carly holds an MBA degree from California State University Fullerton and a BA in Fine Arts from University of California Santa Cruz. She also studied abroad in Milan, Italy.
