A member of UST Global’s business leadership team, Sree is passionate about identifying, developing and coaching next generation leaders through a signature talent development program. Having worked in various roles within UST Global, Sree gained a 360-degree understanding of the business which transformed her to a well-rounded leader. She’s a cross-functional leader with a highly collaborative work style and high learning agility. Sree has 20 years of experience in the industry that spans across Software Engineering, IT Governance, Human Resources, Corporate Communications and Change Management, Business Integration, Customer Experience, Sales and Business Development and General Management. Sree holds a Master’s degree in Operations Research and Computer Applications. She’s a Certified Project Management Professional, Information Systems Auditor and Senior Professional in Human Resources. She’s an alumnus of UCLA Anderson School of Management where she completed her Executive Program on Management. Sree believes in the power of education in bringing long-lasting transformation to societies, and takes an active role in supporting education of under-privileged children. |
